More About Me
Stephanie Pedersen understands that buyers, sellers, and agents work closely together – so trust and communication are important. She sees herself not as a salesperson, but as a professional who guides her clients through the major life events of buying or selling a home. Her clients soon learn that whether it's a problem to be solved or a detail to be handled, they can count on her to take care of it. Although she gets special satisfaction from helping first time home buyers locate and purchase their first home, Stephanie also enjoys bringing a home to the market.Stephanie is quite skilled at creating an accurate market analysis and plan so her listings will sell for the highest price in the least amount of time. Her detailed marketing plans always include professional photography, personalized virtual tours, followed by extensive online exposure, open houses, notification to her buyer's list, and more. While born in Texas, she was raised in Maine. She has experienced island life on Peaks Island, coastal living in Yarmouth and Freeport and now somewhat inland in New Gloucester. As a young adult, she has traveled the world and has a deep appreciation for other cultures. Stephanie is also a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force where she served and lived in Okinawa, Japan. After completing her tour in the military she moved back to Maine and completed her degree in Business. Stephanie now shares her home with her husband of ten years, two beautiful children and a handful of terriers. Her interests include photography, hiking, dog training and spending time with her family “Upta Camp” in The Rangeley Lakes region.
